The boy who became a king

There was once a sword that was stuck in a stone. The sword had a letter on it, written in gold. It is said that, whoever pulls the sword out of the stone shall become the king of Great Britain. The sword would shine every midnight, but no one knew what would be the cause of it. The sword was named The Excalibur because of it's holiness. Many tried pulling The Excalibur out of the stone, but none of them managed to do it and even the strongest of men in the country could not succeed.
Once upon a time a boy named Arthur served a prince who was about to attend a Cavalry tournament. The prince did not have a sword for the tournament so he asked Arthur to find him a suitable sword. A sword that was very easy to carry and that it wouldn't break so easily during the tournament.
Arthur knew there wasn't enough time to ask a blacksmith to craft him a suitable sword for the prince, so he searched the whole town looking for The Excalibur. A mysterious voice came to Arthur, calling out his name repeatedly. He did not know who it was or why it was calling out his name. Arthur followed the mysterious voice. The voice led him to The Excalibur and Arthur was amazed of how beautiful the sword looked and how bright it shined.
Arthur stepped forward and tried pulling out the sword from the rock. He used all his strength trying to pull the sword, but it did him no good. The sword was stuck in the stone like glue. The mysterious voice spoke to him again and told him to pull the sword gently. Arthur gave it a try and as a result he managed to pull the sword like it wasn't even stuck.
People started gathering around Arthur, shouting ''All hail the new king''. Arthur had no idea what was going on, but he knew he had to deliver the sword to the prince as soon as possible. A mysterious man stopped him midway telling him not to do it. The mysterious man had a similar voice from the mysterious voice Arthur heard.
The mysterious man introduced himself as a wizard named Merlin. Merlin told Arthur that he was the one who enchanted the sword to be stuck in the rock in order to confirm whether the prophecy was true or not. Merlin did not look like the kind of man that would lie to anyone, so Arthur trusted him with no fear. Arthur did not know what he should do to
the sword. Merlin told Arthur to follow him to the castle, there he would teach him how to rule a country.
The history of Arthur ruling the Great Britain is well known story to everyone. He was a wise man who led the whole country to a very powerful and a peaceful nation.
