The Importance of Time

Time for me is very important and something that I must have in my life. Without time I would have never been born, nor existed in this world, I would have never learn on what I have learn at school, nor would I be going to school. Without time I would have never grow to the way I am right now even if I was born. All the stories we have heard would have never been written or made without time. Time is an important essence of life. It’s a valuable piece of our life. We cannot own it, but we can choose what we want to do with it. I would have never meet all the people I know today without time. I value my time and have started to use it wisely on things that can make me happy in life, because I don’t want to regret it afterwards. All the bonds that I have made with my friends would have never happen without time. Time is a very important thing in life. We need time in every second of our life. We need it to achieve something. Time is needed to fall in love into someone you like.

 A normal human would live up to 90 years old, but that doesn’t mean our time would stop. We can pass our genes by making children during our lifespan. People who are already dead are sometimes forgotten, but somewhere in this world their ashes still exist. Those people who are remembered even if they are dead are very lucky, because even if they are dead we still remember them into our heart. People like Malala Yousafzai chose to follow Mahatma Gandhi. She continue to fight for the peaceful movements and non-violent actions like Gandhi, because she believe it can be accomplish. Mahatma Gandhi has been dead long time ago, but there are still people who follow his legacy. Mahatma Gandhi was famous for the world’s peace political dissidents. There are more people like Malala Yousafzai who fights for peaceful movements and non-violent actions, because they believe that the time will come some day when they accomplish their dreams.

Most people think about past, present and future when they hear the word ‘’Time’’. If you ever ask an adult about what they should’ve spent their time on. It is most likely you’ll get the answer of the word ‘’Family’’. Family is a very important for everyone, and for adults who are very busy with their job have less time than us teenagers. We teenagers have the chance to spend most of our time with our families, but some of us don’t do it. Some of us go out to have a party, some of us go with our friends, and some of us get addicted to drugs, because we get influence by our friends. Family has always been there ever since we were born. If we don’t talk to them or hang out with them, we might lose the bond we have with them.

If the time on Earth somehow stops, some things will get destroy. People might even die, because the stops of oxygen. The rotation of Earth might get mess up and destroy the flow of the sea.

A little facts about Wales

Place and Time: Was a 1978 Australian Telivision Series.

 Mary is a tall girl live in Ireland with her father and Michael Connor is her neighbor, Mary met Polly in the boat on the way to Australia and Jonathan Garrett is her Husband.

A girl name Mary Mulvane live in  the Ireland with her family.

Her father was a teacher.    There was a guy name Michael Connor which Mary fell in love with. One day Michael Connor did something reckless and got caught by the Buchanan and punish him for what he had done.

The priest came where Mary Mulvane live and steal one of their cow for not being able to pay the taxes for the Church, Mary Mulvane and Michael Connor try to stole the cow back and got caught. Mary Mulvane was sent to Australia and became slave, and as for Michael Connor he got shotted by the guards.

Then Mary work for a Captain of the Village and live on as a maid on their house.

One day Mary met a man named Jonathan and fell in love with each other after that the man got interested in Mary and decided to make her as his wife.

Mary got pregnant and live in the hills with Jonathan Garrett.

Episode 10: Polly saw a supervision that Mary having a hard time about the baby getting out. Polly decided to go to Mary’s house and check whats happening, Polly called Jonathan Garrett to get a doctor with him in the Village, Jonathan Garrett drew off with a horse and heading for the Village after he got there the Doctor Refuse he’s request, Jonathan has no choice but to go back in the hills and be with Mary, but he’s way there is tough because it was night and dark the Guards is outside, Jonathan got caught by the guards and put to the jail…

I think this movie is kinda interesting since it has so many Episodes to watch and many stories about on what happened and where it happened.

Athletes aren’t overpaid!

Athletes are not overpaid because it’s not every day they have a game. Every athlete should have a job during off seasons, but a job is hard to find and most athletes have to train hard and they’ll have to make it to the professional level just to make money. But what is considered overpaid? USA’s current president which is Barrack Obama is paid $400,000 over the year along with a $50,000 annual expense account, a $100,000 nontaxable travel account and a $19,000$ for entertainment. The top 400 NBA most paid salaries players have higher salaries than the president of USA’s which control a country. Even if some athletes are overpaid, at least they donate a huge amount of money from their earnings to the poor or to the children that doesn’t have a parent or kids that needs medical payments.

An athlete also has a lot of responsibility like holding a good profile for their career and their career is not long as the other careers, because if they get injured they will lose everything, but beside all those they have a talent that is different than others.

Athlete gets paid from the industry and the people who buy tickets to watch the game. Athletes also have a risky job, in every game they are anticipating can cause them injuries, injuries that maybe can never heal and which can lose their job as an athlete. If athlete is paid lower than actually they are being right now, it might cause the whole athlete system to go down.

They deserve their salaries for entertaining a lot of people. We are lucky to even just watch a game from our television and computer without even paying. They bring joy to our life for at least for most of us. They bring inspiration to kids. I’m sure our generation will be even better as long we are keep working with them!

Basketball

Basketball game was first played in the Springfield Massachusetts U.S in 1891.

Basketball can be played both Indoors and Outdoors.

There can be 10-20 members in one team but there can only be five players in the court.

There is a rules such as traveling , Fouls and etc.

Traveling is when you walk with the ball and foul is when you hit a enemy player on purpose or accident.

If you foul the Enemy player then the enemy player can get a free throw.

Free throw is where the player can shoot freely without being guarded by the enemy. Each shot can get you one point.

In the game there is a techniques called shooting , dribbling , blocking and passing.

It is once said that the team that gets most Rebounding rules the game.

The team’s tallest and strongest player usually play as a center or power forward and those who are slight shorter will play as a small forward because of their speed and as for those who are shortest they will play as a point guard because they have the best handling ball in the game.

There are two possible defense strategy in basketball. Zone defense and man to man defense.

In Zone defense each player are assigned to guard a specific area of the court.

In man to man defense each player got to assigned on another enemy player, it’s like 1vs1.

In basketball game height , speed and handling the ball is important.

Huckleberry Finn

Huckleberry Finn is a fictional character by Samuel Clements who first appeared in the book The Adventures of Tom Sawyer set around 1845 and is the protagonist and narrator of its sequel Adventures of Huckleberry Finn set around 1835-1845, although taking place after The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

Huck is 12-13 years old and during the Chapter 17 he’s a year older. Huck also narrates Tom Sawyer Abroad and Tom Sawyer, Detective, two shorter sequels to the first two book.

Huckleberry ‘’Huck’’ Finn is the son of the town’s vagrant drunkard. ‘’Pap’’ Finn.

Jim who is a slave in the book ran away from the Widow Douglas because he happened to overheard Miss Watson  is planning to sell him for 800$, while he was running away he happened to met Huck who is suppose to be dead in an island.

Huck lives the life of a destitute vagabond. The author metaphorically names him ‘’The juvenile pariah of the village’’ and describe Huck as ‘’Idle’’, and lawless and vulgar, and bad, ‘’Qualities for which he was admired by all the children in the village, although their mothers ‘’Cordially hated and dreaded’’ him.

His appearance is described in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

He wears the clothes of full grown men which he probably received as charity, and as Twain describes him, ‘’He was fluttering with rags.’’ He has a torn broken hat and his trousers and supported with only one suspender.

Tom’s Aunt Polly calls Huck a poor motherless thing in a book.

One day Huck confesses to Tom that he remembers his family relentless fighting that only abated with her death.

Huck has a carefree life free from societal norms or rules, stealing foods and barrowing boats and cigars. Due to his unconventional childhood, Huck has received almost no education.

Huck is adopted by the Widow Douglas and sent him to school in return for saving her life.

Huck Finn dad show up at the beginning of the book of Huckleberry Finn and forcibly takes his son to live with him.

Huck is Tom Sawyer’s closest friend.

The character of Huck Finn is based on Tom Blankenship, the real-life son of a sawmill laborer and sometime drunkard named Woodson Blankenship, who live in a ramshackle house near the Mississippi River behind the house where the author grew up in Hannibal Missouri.

Twain mentions his childhood friend Tom Blankenship as the inspiration for creating Huckleberry Finn in his autobiography.

Huck’s adventure is in part based on an incident that happened to Tom Blankenship’s eldest sibling, his brother Benson, a teenage fisherman who had his own skiff.

Twain ‘’Adventures of Huckleberry Finn’’. The ultimate truth seems to have passed in to unknowable realm, leaving us only with Twain’s fiction.

Bloody sunday (1972)

Bloody Sunday sometimes called Bogside Massacre, it was called Bogside Massacre because there was an accident in the Bogside area of Derry, Northern Ireland, in which 26 civil-rights protesters and bystanders were shot by soldiers of the British Army. Thriteen males, seven of whom were teenagers, died immediately or soon after, while the death of another man four and a half months later was attributed to the injuries he received on that day. Two protesters was also injured when they run down by army vehicles.

Two investigations have been held by the British Government. The Widgery Tribunal, held in the immediate aftermath of the event, largely cleared the soldiers and British authorities of blame Widgery described the soldiers shooting as bordering on the reckless but was widely criticized as a whitewash. The Saville Inquiry, chaired by Lord Saville of Newdigate, was establish in 1998 to reinvestigate the events.

The Provisional Irish Republican Army’s (IRA) campaign against the partition  of Ireland had begun in the two years prior to Bloody Sunday, but public perceptions of the day boosted the status of, and recruitment into, the organization enormously. Bloody Sunday remains among the most significant events in the Troubles of the Northern Ireland, chiefly because those who died were shot by British army rather than paramilitaries, in full view of the public and the press.
